Delete your EveryAI account

You can delete your EveryAI account and its data at any time — directly in the app, or by contacting us if you no longer have the app installed. This page explains both paths, what gets deleted, and how the restore window works.

What happens when you delete your account

You are signed out on every device immediately, and your account is scheduled for permanent deletion.
A restore window (currently 30 days) then applies. If you change your mind, sign in again before the deletion date and the app will offer to restore your account — conversations, balance, and settings return exactly as they were. Token-pack validity is not paused: a pack that expires during the window stays expired.
When the window ends, your account and its data are permanently erased. After that, the same phone number or email can only start over as a brand-new, empty account.

Delete from the app

Open EveryAI and go to the Account tab.
Tap Delete account.
Read the two confirmation steps, then hold the confirm button to delete.
The app shows the exact date your data will be permanently erased.

Request deletion without the app

If you no longer have the app installed, email support@v2.ltd with the subject “Delete my EveryAI account”, and include the phone number or email address the account is registered to. To protect your account, we will verify that you control that identifier before deleting. Verified requests are processed on the same schedule as in-app deletion (the restore window above applies).

Delete some of your data without deleting your account

You can permanently delete individual conversations — and everything generated inside them — while keeping your account:

Open EveryAI and go to the Library tab.
Long-press a conversation and choose Delete. It moves to Trash, where it is kept for up to 30 days in case you change your mind.
To erase it immediately, open Trash (at the bottom of the Library) and choose Delete forever on the conversation — or Empty trash to erase everything in it. This deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

You can also email support@v2.ltd from your account's contact details to request deletion of specific data without closing the account. Purchase and billing records may be retained where the law requires it; everything else covered by your request is deleted.

What is deleted, and what we keep

Data	On deletion
Account identifiers (phone number / email), profile (display name, contact email)	Permanently erased when the restore window ends.
Conversations, prompts, attachments, and AI-generated content	Permanently erased when the restore window ends.
Device registrations and sign-in sessions	Sessions are revoked immediately; registrations are erased with the account.
Derived conversational memory	Expires automatically and is erased with the account.
Transaction and billing records	Retained as required by law and accounting obligations, then deleted.
Server logs (security and diagnostics)	Retained for a limited period, then deleted.

Restoring a deleted account

Sign in to the app with the same phone number or email before the deletion date. The app will tell you the account is scheduled for deletion and offer to restore it; a one-time code confirms it’s you. Everything comes back exactly as it was. After the deletion date, restore is no longer possible.
