EveryAI Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how V2 Technologies Ltd. (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the EveryAI mobile application (the “App”). By using the App you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

Device & technical data	A random per-install identifier, app version, device registrations for your account, and standard server logs (such as IP address, request timestamps, and error diagnostics).	Enforcing device limits, securing accounts, operating and debugging the service.
App usage & crash diagnostics	Through Google Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics: screens visited, feature events (such as a message being sent or a purchase starting), crash and error reports, device model and OS version, app language, and a Firebase installation identifier. These are linked to a pseudonymous account identifier (a random ID) — never to your phone number or email address.	Understanding how the App is used, finding and fixing crashes and defects.

Preferences such as theme, accent colour, font, and language are stored only on your device and are not transmitted to us. We do not collect your precise location, contacts, or advertising identifiers, and the App contains no advertising or advertising SDKs.

2. How AI processing works

EveryAI routes your prompts to third-party AI model providers (for example OpenAI, Google, and Anthropic models) to generate responses, images, and documents. Your prompts and any attached files are shared with the selected provider solely to produce the output you requested. AI outputs are machine-generated and may be inaccurate; do not rely on them as professional advice. Please avoid including sensitive personal information (such as health, financial, or government-ID details) in prompts.

To make conversations more useful, the service may retain short-lived conversational context (“memory”) derived from your recent chats. This context expires automatically and is excluded from deleted conversations.

3. How we use information

We use the information above to operate the App (sign-in, AI turns, balances, history), to secure it (authentication, device limits, abuse and fraud prevention), to meter and account for token usage, to provide support, to comply with legal obligations, and to improve service reliability. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your conversations for advertising.

4. Sharing

We share information only with service providers who process it on our behalf and only as needed to run EveryAI:

AI model providers — receive your prompts/attachments to generate the outputs you request.
SMS delivery providers — receive your phone number to deliver sign-in verification codes.
Mobile operators — confirm token-pack activations you purchase through them.
Cloud hosting providers — store and process service data under our instructions.
Google (Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics) — receives the usage and crash diagnostics described in section 1, identified only by a pseudonymous account ID and a Firebase installation ID; your sign-in phone number or email is never sent to Firebase.

We may also disclose information where required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and integrity of our users and services. Information processed by our providers may be stored or processed outside your country.

5. Retention

Account and profile data are retained while your account is active.
Conversations remain available to you until you delete them; deleted conversations are permanently purged within approximately 30 days.
Derived conversational memory expires automatically (approximately 30 days).
Transaction and billing records are kept as required by law and accounting obligations.
Server logs are kept for a limited period for security and diagnostics.

6. Security

All traffic between the App and our servers is encrypted in transit (TLS). On your device, session credentials are encrypted at rest using hardware-backed keys (Android Keystore) and are excluded from device backups. Server-side access to your data is restricted and audited. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information with appropriate technical and organisational measures.

7. Your choices and rights

Profile — you can edit or clear your display name and profile email in the App at any time.
Conversations — you can delete conversations in the App (where available) or ask us to delete them.
Account deletion — you can delete your account directly in the App (Account → Delete account), or request deletion by contacting support@v2.ltd from your registered identifier. Deletion is subject to a restore window, after which your account data is permanently erased, except records we must keep by law (such as billing records). Access and correction — you may contact us to request a copy or correction of your personal data.

8. Children

EveryAI is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the App evolves. Material changes will be announced in the App or on this page, and the effective date above will be updated. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated policy.
